The Jester (Overlord)

The Jester was the First, Second, and Third Overlord's minion Jester, who would often run about the Tower and shout small phrazes that told in short tales of the Overlord's ventures. He first took up the Jester title when, during Lord Gromgard's rule as Overlord, he took the hat from a defeated Halfling (who was formerly the Gromgard Jester himself before going insane and helping the other Halflings raid the castle.)

When the Third Overlord came to power, he showed a lack of faith in the new Overlord, which quickly awarded him a pummeling from both the Overlord and his minions. When the Third Overlord defeated his predecessor (who was posessing the body of the Wizard, the seventh hero who defeated the Second Overlord) he appeared to be doing something, leaving many to believe that he may now be posessed by the Second Overlord.

He makes a brief appearance in Raising Hell, within the chamber of the Forgotten God. It is unknown if he made it out of the Infernal Abyss before it was sealed.
