These giant enemies are found in the Ruborian dessert. They are one of the most annoying enemies in the game
To kill one you have to get a minion to grab an egg of the exploding beetles and take him onto the sand where the worms are, it should start shaking call the minion back. The worm will surface and eat the bug causing damage to it. It must eat two exploding bugs to die. It is possible to lure two bugs at once and thus kill it quicker, however this is more difficult. Avoid crossing the sand they inhabit where possible, it is always preferable to waste time killing it than to lose all your minions. At least the Jewel boss fight is easy to compensate for the loss of you're *trained* army
