The Warlock becomes available after collecting the 2nd Forge Stone in Overlord II. In the teasers and the early gameplay trailers, The Warlock is the starter weapon, instead of the Minion Axe.
According to the early gameplay trailers, this sword is the starter weapon and doesn't steal any mana, but this was declined and the Minion Axe was accepted as starter weapon.
