The Empire City is the main city, heart and capital of the Empire. Expect Roman architecture, greek architecture, an abundant display of riches and a certain level of decadence. The Sewers are inhabited by the poor and slaves. Here the empire has taken the populace from villagers of spree, citizens of heavens peak who were still alive from the disaster, and many more from unseen lands.
